The Pastoral Institute of the Western Slope exists to develop future church leaders, meeting the need for skilled laborers for the harvest through instruction, practicum and coaching in these 4 areas: Preaching, Shepherding, Theology, and Leadership Development. This 2 year residency program is designed to prepare men for the work of the ministry as Pastors, Planters, and Ministry Leaders.
