Life in the Body of Christ
Romans 12: 4-5 For just as we have many members in one body and all the members do not have the same function, so we, who are many, are one body in Christ, and individually members one of another. Membership in the Body Membership in the body of Christ comes at the point of our beginning our relationship with Jesus. At the moment of our conversion we are born into the body of Christ. It is automatic and does not have any thing to do with joining a church or being baptized. I am in the Body because I am in Christ and Christ is in me. John 14:20. “In that day you will know that I am in My Father, you are in Me, and I am in you.” John 3:3-8,16-18 Romans 6:1-11 So Christianity is not a set of moral guidelines or a belief system or religion or a lifestyle. It is the death, burial and resurrection to a brand new life that is not just empowered by the Holy Spirit but is only present because of the Holy Spirit living in us as He (God) lived in Adam and Eve. Matthew 28:19-20 I would encourage you to please follow through with God’s leading in your life today. Whatever that might be.
